Look closely at the foam pad to make sure it can be used.  Attach the cover cloth and place on top of the new upholstery fabric and cut a new piece of fabric in the same size.
Place the wooden seat on top of a piece of upholstery foam and trace around it with a marker if the foam pad requires replacement. Foam cut and pastes it into the seat of the chair with wood glue. Set the new upholstery fabric on the table so that the back is facing up. Grasp the edge of the fabric in the center of the back and turn the bottom of the seat. Attach the edges of the remaining cloth on each side of the seat using the same process.  Cut the excess fabric about 1/2 inch staples to reduce the volume under the chair. Replace the seat cushion finished in the Danish dining chairs, with the screws that were shelved.
